Dr. Vladimir Ramírez-Blanco is a board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Blackstones Plastic Surgery in Mexico. He completed his specialty training at the Jalisciense Institute of Reconstructive Surgery in Guadalajara under the mentorship of Dr. José Guerrerosantos, a pioneer in modern plastic surgery. His practice emphasizes carefully planned aesthetic surgery with particular focus on rhinoplasty and breast procedures, allowing for a consistent and highly specialized surgical approach centered on proportion, structural balance, and long-term harmony. Dr. Ramírez-Blanco is certified by the Mexican Board of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (#2142) and holds active medical licensure (#12003504). He is a member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery and international organizations including the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and The Rhinoplasty Society.

Outside of clinical practice, he values time with his family and enjoys traveling with his wife and children. He also appreciates outdoor driving and exploration, interests that reflect his appreciation for planning, precision, and disciplined execution both inside and outside the operating room.

Hadar Foundation

Dr. Vladimir Ramírez-Blanco’s clinical work is guided by the belief that access to medical care should not depend solely on economic circumstances. This perspective led to the creation of the Hadar Foundation, an initiative dedicated to facilitating reconstructive surgery for individuals in vulnerable situations across Mexico. Through collaboration with local authorities, non-profit organizations, and private institutions, the foundation works to identify patients who may benefit from reconstructive procedures and to coordinate the resources necessary for their treatment.

The purpose of the Hadar Foundation is not only to provide surgical care, but to restore function, dignity, and opportunity for those who might otherwise lack access to specialized medical services. It reflects a broader commitment to responsible medical practice and to the social role of surgery beyond the private clinic setting.
